Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual with a drive to deliver excellent service to join our market-leading Loan Security Valuation division based in our London office. The role involves preparing valuation reports for trophy assets, from initial quotation to final delivery to the client.

This position requires working closely with experienced valuers to undertake valuations of commercial assets in London and the South East, including offices, industrial/logistics, and retail properties, on behalf of major lending organizations such as international investment banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, and clearing banks.
