The Opportunity

This team is recognised for securing some of the region's top instructions, and you'll be instrumental in driving continued success. You'll identify and develop new business opportunities, while working collaboratively with other departments to boost revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals on behalf of both property owners and occupiers across the local area
• Proactively identify new business leads and contribute to expanding the firm's client base
• Support strategic initiatives and contribute to overall team growth

About You

• Ideally RICS qualified (not essential)
• 3-5 years of experience in a property-related role
• Commercially aware, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced market
• Strong client management and communication skills
