Senior Surveyor needed in West London - Paying £35.46 per hr - ref 5272027

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Surveyor to join our team, bringing a strong background in social housing and a proven track record of managing surveyors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and support a team in delivering high-quality surveying services across our housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of surveyors, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.
  2. Conduct property inspections and condition surveys across a range of social housing stock.
  3. Use PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) technology to record and manage survey data efficiently.
  4. Apply NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes accurately in the preparation of works specifications and costings.
  5. Provide technical advice and support to internal teams and external contractors.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of asset management strategies.
