Job description

We are looking for a passionate Senior Support Worker who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of young people.

As a Senior, you will lead a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times. You recognise that the role is to help support service users maximise their choices, rights, and decisions.

The successful candidate must have:

  1. NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  2. Experience working with Young People with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills
