Job summary

We Are Care Ltd. in Shepshed near Loughborough (LE12) is seeking experienced senior support workers to lead shifts in supported living and support the team on duty.

You will be responsible for leading the shift, medication and handovers, and supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across regular day and night shifts. Fair pay with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.
