A leading social care provider in Ashford is seeking a Senior Support Worker to deliver practical and emotional care to individuals. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Health and Social Care and experience supporting adults with complex needs. Key responsibilities include supervising care delivery and ensuring the safety and welfare of service users. A driver is required due to the rural location. Competitive salary of £13.71 per hour with various benefits, including training opportunities and a flexible holiday purchase scheme.
37.5 hours per Week
Mixture of long days, early and late shifts, must work alternate Weekends.
