Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Support Worker
• Experience with individuals with learning disabilities, brain injuries and complex needs
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life and support with day-to-day supervision
• Assist the Manager with supervision, shifts, training, and onboarding
• Order medication and help people manage their finances
