Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care and leadership within our supportive teams.

You will lead in care planning, health and safety compliance, and staff induction, while fostering a compassionate and inclusive culture across services. This role focuses on promoting wellbeing and autonomy for individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain person-centred support plans promoting health, wellbeing and diversity.

• Support individuals in financial planning and health reviews in line with policies.
• Tailor environments to meet individual needs and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Recruit and supervise staff with induction, training and development plans.
• Deliver high-quality care following Salutem's QA framework and policies.
