We are looking for a dynamic Senior Support Worker to join our team and provide our children with a safe, supportive and nurturing environment while being a consistent role model in their lives.
As a specialist childcare provider we work with children who can display challenging behaviour and present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ADHD and autism. A therapeutic approach, based on DDP and PACE, and putting our children at the centre of decisions, are integral to what we do.
You will lead a team of Support Workers, providing day-to-day support, guidance, and be accountable for their performance. This will include completing daily staffing allocations, promoting the ethos and values of New Forest Care, and carrying out the duties of a Support Worker to an exemplary standard.
