Avalon Group is seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker in Beverley to join their new Supported Living Service. The role involves assisting management and providing high-quality support, requiring compassion and previous care experience. The position offers competitive hourly rates, paid training, and various benefits.
Full-time, Permanent Contract (37 hours per week)

We’re currently looking for a full time Senior Support Worker within the Beverley area (East Riding) to work at our new Supported Living Service. Flexibility is key for this role as our shifts are varied, meaning you may be required to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. You must be able to reliably travel to the service so a full UK Driving License is desirable, but not essential.
Our mission is to provide inclusive and personalised support. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be assisting the local management team in providing basic management duties, as well as delivering hands on high-quality support. This role also involves being part of the locality’s on-call service (on a rota basis). This is a varied and meaningful role where you will be helping the people you support to live the life they choose.

Previous experience within the care sector is essential, and our in-house training team will ensure that you have all the additional skills you need to deliver your role with confidence.
