Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Llys Hafren. Our team is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those we care for, delivering the highest standard of care, and using the latest care technology to allow more quality time with our service users.
Previous experience working with older people in residential care is required. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with progress towards or completion of QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, keeping your Line Manager informed about residents' needs and progress, and writing care plans.

Salary: £13.12 per hour
Contract: 28 hours per week
Shift times: 06:45 - 14:15 and 13:45 - 21:15
