An established industry player is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide vital support in an accommodation-based unit. This role involves leading a team to assist service users with various needs, including mental and physical health challenges. Your role will involve working in an accommodation based unit, taking the lead in providing practical & emotional support to our service users, who live either on their own with 1:1 staff support or in small group settings.

All that we require from you is that you have experience & knowledge caring for people with complex mental health needs & challenging behaviour. Ideally, you will have an NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care. You will need to possess great management skills, with good written/verbal communication. Applications from social care graduates are welcome. FULL DRIVING LICENSE IS ADVANTAGEOUS.
