Job Description:

If you have had a minimum of 12 months direct experience of delivering housing related support services, we would love to hear from you.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Senior Support Worker assists with the general supervision, mentoring, coaching and assessment of the Support team to ensure that people who use our services receive a complete person-centred support service.

Acting as an excellent role model, you will be proactive in ensuring that quality support is available to all individuals within the service, through the direct monitoring and influencing of staff performance.

Candidates should hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.

This role is subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
