Care Quality Services is seeking a Senior Support Worker in the Rhos on Sea area, Colwyn Bay. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions in their own homes, promoting independence and safety.

Part-time role with shift blocks 8am-10am and 15:30-22:00. Training provided; NVQ Level 2/3 opportunity and potential progression are offered.

Qualificações

• 18 hours per week as senior support worker, 8am-10am and 15:30-22:00.
• Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care with progression opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Help individuals live independently in their own homes.
• Promote a safe, healthy and secure environment.
• Build relationships and support daily living, including holidays and community connections.
• Role may include elements of personal care.
