We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our Supported Learning team. You will lead a small team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), ensuring that learners with special educational needs receive high-quality, individualised support to thrive in their educational journey.

Who You Are:
You are educated to a good standard, particularly in English, Maths, and IT, and bring valuable experience in supporting learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. You are trained in providing personal care, which is essential for this role, and ideally hold or are willing to obtain First Aid and relevant Level 2 qualifications. With strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills, you are confident in guiding others and managing responsibilities effectively. Above all, you are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusive education, ensuring every learner has the opportunity to thrive.
