A community support organization in Chichester seeks a Senior Support Worker to assist clients with learning disabilities in daily tasks such as personal care and cooking, while overseeing the care team. Hours: Full time and part time available - 30 to 37 hours per weekShifts are on a 4 week rolling rota basis including working evenings, weekends and bank holidaysSupport people with learning disabilities to live full, happy lives.

As a senior support worker, you'll help clients to live well by supporting them with everyday tasks such as personal care, cooking, and trips out, as well as support and oversee the day-to-day operations of the care team in the absence of the manager.

We welcome applications from candidates with previous experience in roles such as Health Care Assistant, Care Assistant, Support Worker, Senior Support Worker, Nurse, Social Care Worker, Senior Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Nursing Home Assistant, Personal Assistant or Residential Care Worker.

Windebanks is a supported living service for five people with learning disabilities. The service is a detached property with five self-contained flats spread over two floors in a pleasant area of Donnington. Chichester town center is within reasonable distance, and there are shops and public transport within walking distance. Our clients are supported to lead active, fulfilling lives and are supported to make the most of their local community while developing each client's choice, control and independence.
