Senior Support Worker - Rhos Cottage, Swansea - £12.80 to £13.70 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience - Full time 45.5 Hours per week - 12 Month Maternity Cover

A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker with Priority Childcare involves:

• Act as shift leader
• Assist in ensuring service standards are maintained.
• Participating in the on-call rota.
• Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
• Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans.
• Promote and celebrate homes achievements.

To be a successful Senior Support Worker with Priority Childcare, you\'ll need

• Experience in a support environment.
• Driving License.
• NVQ/QCF level 3 qualified.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations.
• Lead by example and always act as a positive role model.
• Upload company policies and standards.
• Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
• Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments.

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
