Cambian in Shropshire is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our residential children’s service, helping young people achieve their personal best.

Location: Meole Brace, Shropshire. Salary: £30,513 plus £3,000 sleep-in bonus (annual average), rising to £32,219 after 18 months, plus a £2,000 welcome bonus.

You will work with an experienced team, undergo an enhanced DBS check, receive ongoing training, and enjoy development opportunities within a best-in-class learning program.
