Female Senior Support Worker Shotton - £13.60ph and £58.75 per sleep-in
Flexible to cover days, nights, and sleep-ins

We are seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to lead our supported living service in Shotton. The environment is welcoming, with a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of individuals.
You will help people gain independence, assist with daily supervision, allocate shifts, support training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, order medication, and help manage finances, always keeping the individuals at the heart of your support.
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Full UK manual driving license
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with autism, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
