A prominent care organization in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Support Worker to enhance the quality of life for individuals with learning and physical disabilities. This full-time role offers a salary of £28,872 pa, with a planned rota for work-life balance. Candidates should possess previous experience in care and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. Senior Support Worker – Rotherham £28,872 pa / £13.22 ph – 42 hrs per week
Planned rota providing excellent work‑life balance – typically 7 days off in every 14‑day period (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday / Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Rotherham, Canterbury Close. Here, we support up to 10 individuals with learning and physical disabilities, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, complex care needs, autism, low levels of challenging behaviour and mental health needs.
As a Senior Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
