Base Pay Range

Senior Support Worker - Lydstep SA70 7SQ

£12.80 to £13.70 per hour

Plus an Annual Location Allowance of £1500

Permanent full-time roles on Days or Nights

Driver essential (full UK driving license) as public transport is unavailable.

Please note, sponsorship or change of sponsorship is not available.

Requirements include a minimum of 12 months experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, ideally with NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. Flexibility to work caring for 4 Service Users is necessary.

Role Description

Assist with residents' care plans, deliver high standards of personalized care, and ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, respecting their privacy, independence, and choices.

Working Hours

Day shifts: 08:00-20:30, including alternate weekends.
Night shifts: 20:00-08:30, including alternate weekends.
