Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Implement activity plans that encourage autonomy, new experiences, and flexibility, regularly engaging with individuals to seek their views.
• Support individuals with financial planning, medication self-administration, and health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles.
• Adapt the environment to meet individual needs, following Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety.
• Recruit, supervise, and train staff, ensuring person-centred schedules and personal development plans.
• Deliver outstanding care aligned with Salutem's Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies.
