Job summary

Branas Isaf is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a residential team and help children and young people achieve a brighter future. You will work a 40-hour week, including evenings, nights and weekends as needed, in a children’s residential setting.

You will be assessed on your QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People, prior residential childcare experience, and ability to work in a team, with a full UK driving licence required. The role is permanent and located in Corwen.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 award or equivalent is essential.
• Experience of leading a team and working within and leading a team.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required; sponsorship unavailable.

Team Leader Essential

• 1-year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent is essential
• Experience of working within and leading a team
• Driver (company provide a car during working hours)
• Able to work unsocial hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
• Willing and able to be part of management on call system
