Mears Group in Livingston is recruiting a Senior Support Worker on a 6-month fixed-term contract for 16 hours per week at £14.22 per hour plus mileage.
You will mentor care teams, oversee service delivery and support individuals with more complex needs, in a role that involves on-call cover and occasional direct care. Flexibility, a full UK driving licence and strong communication are essential; training and pathways to develop into a senior position are available.
