Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new Senior Support Worker to work within our client's care home in Farnborough.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of care staff.
2. Administer medication.
3. Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm, and supportive.
4. Follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records.
5. Ensure adherence to CQC and company policies.

Qualifications:

NVQ level 3 is needed for the team leader role; senior carer is acceptable without.
