Our residential services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day, in urban and rural settings. We also offer supported living services for autistic adults needing extra help to live independently, whether as tenants or owner-occupiers, living alone or with others.

We seek a Senior Support Worker with passion, commitment, and enthusiasm to work with individuals living in their own flats within a supported living service.
The individuals often access the local community, participating in activities such as volunteering, shopping, days out, concerts, and using local amenities and buses.
Ideally, you will have a background supporting autistic people; however, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this diverse, rewarding role that aims to improve quality of life.
Your working pattern will require flexibility to meet the needs of the individuals supported and their families, including evening and weekend shifts.
Possession of a driving license (minimum one year) is preferred/essential.
