About The Role
Joining bonus of GBP1000 for experience/qualified Senior Life Practitioners with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
GBP30,716.88 - GBP33,356.60 per annum DOE
We are looking for Senior Life Practitioners to join our team at our Children's Residential Homes Church View and The Old Vicarage. Both homes are located within four acres of the beautiful quiet village Swinderby, just ten miles from the centre of Lincoln.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Life Practitioner, you will be reporting into the Registered Manager. The Senior Support Worker is responsible for advocating and providing person-centered care and supporting our staff team to perform their wide range of duties appropriately and effectively, ensuring they can deliver the best possible care and support to our residents.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
