Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Dunstable to deliver high‑quality, empowering care within a compassionate, supportive team.

You will lead on person‑centred care plans, coordinate activities, support health reviews, and mentor staff, all while upholding our safety standards and inclusive values.
