What you’ll be doing:

• The position is within Queens Court (Oak Unit), a residential assessment & rehabilitation unit for 26 individuals aged 18 and over with a mental health diagnosis.
• Support 1-1 and promote positive well-being
• Work alongside the service manager and staff to maintain high support levels for the service needs
• Be part of an on-call system
• Participate actively and be enthusiastic about residents' likes and wants
• Maintain and develop community links, and facilitate access to community and leisure pursuits to support independent living and life skills

• Ability to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to support residents
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels, internal and external
• Ability to deliver results and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner, hands-on, flexible in tasks and activities
