Do you have experience supporting people who have learning disabilities? Could you mentor a small staff team?
As a Senior Support Worker you'll provide direct support and also develop rotas and work with the Deputy Manager to ensure a high standard of practice in the service. You will supervise the staff team, leading by example and identifying training needs, whether that's formally or by way of day-to-day coaching and reflection.
You'll take your turn working shifts on a rota, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
Dave is transiting to a new home, he may become anxious and require emotional support. We will provide you with full training and with day-to-day help and advice from your Deputy manager and team throughout.

About you
You will need to have some experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant. But as important as experience is, If you have the right attitude, share our values and are willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit.

You must be a driver with a manual licence, as you will be driving service vehicles.
