Our client is an ISO accredited growing managed IT support company based in Eastleigh, Hampshire providing IT support, Cyber Security, VoIP and Cloud services to businesses across the South Coast and beyond.

The Position

Our client has an exciting new position for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Senior (3rd Line) Network and Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their team based at their offices in Eastleigh, Hampshire on a permanent basis.

  • You will be providing IT support to new and existing customers within Southern County areas.
  • Throughout your role you will be responsible for using state of the art PSA and reporting tools.
  • Adhering to client SLA's and escalation procedures.
  • Active involvement in Cyber Security and Cyber Essentials deliverables.
  • You will be supporting SharePoint, MS Windows and Azure Servers.

Required Experience:

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft O/S and Desktop applications.
  • Ideally have or working towards MS100/101 or 500 Accreditations.
  • Proven track record of supporting Network and Server Infrastructure of various scales.
  • Implementing and maintaining Microsoft Windows Servers.
  • Migrating and maintaining Microsoft 365 products.
  • Dealing with escalated 2nd Line support calls.
  • Involvement and management of client project installations.
  • Problem solving and researching/introducing new technologies.
  • Solution Architecture with the ability to accompany the Business Development team when required.
