Overview

Bank Senior Support Practitioner (Bank Senior Support Worker)
Location: Grove Lodge and Courtyard, Middlesbrough
Hourly Rate: £13.71 per hour
Contract: Bank

Join the Mariposa Care family at Grove Lodge and Courtyard. We provide specialist residential care for adults with a primary mental health diagnosis, with capacity for up to 57 residents across two floors. This role offers a mix of hands-on care and supervisory responsibilities to support residents and the team.

Responsibilities
  • Mentoring and coaching: support your team with training and guidance to ensure they excel in their roles.
  • Delivering quality care: assist residents with personal care needs while upholding dignity, respect and privacy.
  • Care planning: ensure residents' care plans are comprehensive, up-to-date and followed consistently.
  • Medication management: dispense medication accurately and maintain detailed records.

This role combines practical care with supervision to manage multiple tasks while keeping residents’ wellbeing at the forefront.
