We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer in Europe to ensure our users, from enterprise clients to community members, receive top-tier support. You will have the opportunity to set standards for customer satisfaction and deepen your knowledge of the low-code & AI landscape while helping build a world-class support team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via tickets, chat, and community forums.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to n8n, including workflows, integrations, and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Create and update documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Identify common issues and develop solutions to improve reliability and user experience.
  • Engage with the community by answering questions and sharing best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role, preferably with enterprise support experience.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, APIs, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Docker.
  • Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Passion for helping users and enhancing product usability.
