Job Title: Senior Support Coach
Location: Brixton
Salary: £28,600
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on either 8 or 13.5-hour shifts, on a rota. Hours may include 08:00 - 21:30, 08:00 - 16:00, and 13:30 - 21:30. Flexibility around these hours, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, may be required.
Note: Due to the nature of the service, it is an occupational requirement that the post holder is female, and the post is exempt from the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 under Schedule 9, Part 1.
As a Senior Support Coach, you will support the management team to achieve service KPIs, lead by example, and mentor the team. You will act as a point of contact, providing specialist support, advice, and guidance, particularly for women in the criminal justice system deemed high risk and likely to meet criteria for personality disorder. The role involves supporting residents to overcome barriers and gain independence, with potential support for substance use and harm reduction. You will also assist with managing the rota and other tasks.
