If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and want to make an impact, this role is for you!

Your Role:

As Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will be at the heart of our production process, overseeing planning, material flow, and cross-department coordination to meet production targets and customer demand. 3. Optimise resource allocation, including labour, materials, and machinery.
  4. Work closely with procurement, engineering, quality control, and logistics teams.
  5. Contribute to our Zero Waste Initiative and take part in weekly at-risk stock reviews.
  6. Develop and upskill the team through training, updating SOPs, and maintaining a capability matrix.
  7. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  8. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
  9. Mitigate risks related to production delays, equipment failures, and supply chain disruptions.
  10. Oversee people-related duties, including payroll, agency staffing, holiday planning, and disciplinary actions.
  11. Ensure accurate stock counting and reporting at month-end processing.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experienced Leader: Proven background in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or a similar role.
  2. Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
  3. Problem-Solver: Analytical mindset with the ability to make sound decisions.
  4. Collaborator: Works effectively across departments and teams.
  5. People-Focused: Passionate about team development, coaching, and leadership.
  6. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a drive for continuous improvement.

Aligned with Our Values:

  2. Be Inquisitive – Continuously seek new ways to improve processes and challenge the status quo.
  3. Be Collaborative – Work closely with colleagues and departments to achieve shared goals.
  4. Take Ownership – Demonstrate accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  5. Be Better – Strive for excellence, learning, and growth in everything you do.
