Job summary

Siemens Energy in the Gas Services division seeks a Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager to lead end-to-end improvements across planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and master data, leveraging SAP, Lean methodologies and data analytics to enhance forecasting, inventory visibility and delivery performance.

You will create governance and dashboards, train colleagues, and drive standardisation across service plants, aiming for >95% on-time delivery and improved lead times, with

Qualifications

• Significant experience in supply chain, planning or operational process improvement.
• Strong hands-on SAP knowledge across end-to-end processes.
• Experience leading continuous improvement across functions and stakeholder groups.
• Experience using Lean, root cause analysis, KPIs and performance data.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end supply chain performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives across multiple functions.
• Act as an SAP Advanced Key User to improve SAP utilisation and governance.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end SAP process documentation and governance.
• Use KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and translate issues into improvements.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement to reduce lead times and improve on-time delivery.
