We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team based in Southall, West London.
- Deputize and provide cover in the absence of the Logistics & Senior Supply Chain Managers.
- Monitor inbound EU & UK domestic transport flows.
- Support the management of the supply chain administrative teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely deliveries to all customer sectors.
- Contribute to continual review and improvement projects.
- Review and liaise with colleagues to advise on stock maintenance, troubleshoot, and communicate potential service or efficiency issues.
- Associate UK & I warehouse platforms and update relevant system platforms:
- Verify and confirm stock movements via relevant platforms.
- Ensure dispatch paperwork meets customer requirements.
- Produce standard management reports and KPIs on request.
- Manage receipt, planning, and booking of orders for successful daily distribution.
- Coordinate with hauliers and customer representatives as necessary.
- Create logistics route schedules.
- Respond effectively to queries related to customer orders and deliveries, including complaints.
- Manage non-conformances related to stock movements.
- Process delivered orders daily to initiate invoicing.
- Investigate claims thoroughly and complete resolution.
- Support management of pooled pallets (e.g., CHEP, LPR).
- Assist in the allocation and deployment to 3PL providers.
- Support the management of raw materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline workflows.
- Manage PODs and support related accounts/credit control queries.
- Report stockholding in 3PL platforms.
- Work collaboratively to ensure high service levels for the UK & I customer base.
Formation / Compétences :
- High level of analytical skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience in stock control and distribution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand requests from all levels and external parties.
- Good numeracy skills.
