Job summary

Metrica Recruitment is seeking a Managing Consultant in Supply Chain Analytics to lead analytics-enabled transformations across planning, forecasting, procurement, logistics and fulfilment. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to translate complex supply chain challenges into practical, data-driven solutions.

The role combines strategy, technical oversight and team leadership, with accountability for measurable commercial and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have delivered supply chain analytics or transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and operating models.
• Proven stakeholder leadership within consulting or complex organisations.
• Experience leading analytics delivery teams or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics-enabled transformation across planning, forecasting, procurement, logistics and fulfilment.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate complex supply chain challenges into practical, data-driven solutions.
• Oversee dashboards, models and decision-support tools to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, bids and proposition development.
