Job summary

Raytheon UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Procurement Analyst P1 to support electronics procurement and supply chain activities in Glenrothes (Hybrid). You will analyse supplier data, assist sourcing and negotiations, and help manage RFQs, contracts and performance.

You will work with internal teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective procurement, while developing commercial and supplier-management skills in a regulated defence environment.

Qualifications

• Professional procurement qualification or working towards one (e.g., CIPS Level 4 or above).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a multi-functional team.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Experience in problem solving and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Join our Procurement team and support procurement and supply chain activities across multiple commodity areas, with a primary focus on Electronics.
• Manage routine and non-routine procurement activities, analyse supplier and market data, support sourcing and negotiation activities, and help identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, contribute to cost-effective, compliant, and timely procurement solutions, supporting RFQs/RFPs, PO management, contract administration, and supplier performance.
• The role offers exposure to build-to-print drawings and COTS equipment, while developing commercial, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Candidates will primarily support the Electronics commodity team but will provide flexible support across other commodity areas as needed.
