About The Role

To deliver great customer fulfilment service levels, through maintaining high product availability in our wholesale distribution network, alongside achieving inventory outcomes for the business. Initiate, lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that improve supply outcomes while acting as a subject matter expert, providing training and guidance to Supply Analyst colleagues. Working cross functionally with commercial teams and our warehouses daily.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver customer order fulfilment objectives
  • Deliver product availability to support promotional / seasonal / contractual / activity driven by the Commercial Medicines Unit (CMU) or wholesale customer channels through a rigorous supply planning process
  • Optimise ERP system inputs to drive successful outputs
  • Deliver inventory goals by reducing excess stock and dated stock write offs
  • Understand the root cause of KPI performance outcomes and initiate action to deliver continuous improvement
  • Collate accurate reports and present clearly to key stakeholdersLead process improvement and champion change
  • Own and manage supplier performance to maximise inbound “on time in full” performance outcomes. Identify areas of underperformance and agree and implement actions to improve

  • Demonstrates strong influential, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to create impact and deliver results through internal and external relationships
  • Ability to be flexible in approach and succeed under pressure
  • Accurately evaluate data from reports and present precise information
  • Graduate calibre with strong analytical skills. Highly competent with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Able to work independently in a highly cross functional environment
