Overview

Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced senior supervisor to join our clients team based in Doncaster, DN11. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate. Please read on and apply if this sounds like the job for you!

Pay, Shifts and Location

• 7am - 5pm / 6am -4pm
• Weekends and nights will be involved
• Flexibility is a must
• Doncaster, DN11
• £14.87 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning and waste operative duties ensuring schedules and rotas allow for all areas to be serviced on time to standards and specification
• Develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met whilst working within defined specifications
• Support Site Manager with the complete audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within time-scales
• Ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order and used in a safe manner
• Ensure all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and time-scale and signed off by the customer
• Complete Decontamination Cleans as and when requested by the Client
• Complete Return to work interviews with team members
• Manage first stage HR and Employee relations issues in accordance with the company HR Policies and in consultation with an appropriate HR representative recognising and valuing diversity in all cases
• Train and induct all staff in their role, the standards expected, values and company policies, procedures and guidelines
• Have responsibility for the Health, Safety and Welfare of self and others and to comply at all times with the requirements of Health and Safety Regulations

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience of managing a team
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH legislation
• Flexible with working hours when required
