Hybrid - 3 days in the office | Get into Fostering | Career progression opportunities in year 1

Are you an experienced social worker who wants to get into fostering in North / West London, but opportunities are limited in your current role?

This is a full-time post - 37.5 hours / week

Responsibilities

• Join an outstanding rated Independent Fostering Agency in Harrow as a supervising social worker on a permanent basis.
• Support and manage approved foster carers, provide professional advice when necessary, and contribute to business planning.
• Supervise Support Workers and Social Work Students.
• Work closely with other social work staff and foster carers to ensure quality standards are met in all assessments.

Qualifications

• Ideally prior fostering experience; however, candidates with 2+ years post-qualified experience in other children's services will be considered.
• Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
