• £14.03 per hour + Sodexo benefits.

As a Senior Subway Artist Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Royal Stoke Hospital, you'll lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a healthcare setting. You'll motivate your team, maintain attention to detail, and ensure excellent service for patients, staff, and visitors. • Oversee daily Subway produce production in line with specifications.
• Ensure food storage and preparation meet Subway and Sodexo standards.
• Lead the team during key service periods.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain product availability.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure personal hygiene and uniform standards.
• Deliver high customer service standards and achieve survey results.
• Promote Subway and Sodexo brands.
• Support inventory stock takes and place weekly orders.
• Declare till daily and record bread count.
• Support staff performance and management needs.
• Deliver training, conduct appraisals, and competency checks.
• Maintain stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Stay informed of promotional activities and stock relevant products.
