SSEN Transmission is seeking a Senior Substation Engineer to join our Offshore AC Project Engineering team in Scotland. You will review and drive substation designs from 33kV to 400kV, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with project goals.
The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and a clear focus on delivery for net zero island projects. The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering ( Chartered status
Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations – Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen & Inverness.
Salary: £59,800 - £89,800 + car /car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
