You will work with clinical colleagues to deliver educational tools, facilitate referrals to Trust and community-based services, and coordinate monitoring and audits to ensure compliance with best practices. Maintaining high professional standards and liaising with hospital teams, you will help deliver integrated, evidence-based alcohol and substance misuse services.
