Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Subsea Engineering, or Drilling Engineering.
• 15+ years in oil and gas industry.
• 10+ years in Subsea Production Systems.
• Experience leading SPS engineering teams on major offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SPS engineering across project execution.
• Provide technical leadership for Subsea Trees, Wellheads, Tools, and SPS hardware.
• Manage SPS engineers and technical specialists.
• Ensure deliverables meet project schedules and quality requirements.
• Oversee supplier and contractor engineering performance and compliance.
• Lead technical reviews, design assessments, and decision-making.
