Job summary

OEG, a leading energy solutions provider, seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Subsea Division in Liverpool. Hybrid work arrangement, full-time and based in the UK. You’ll lead project execution, coordinate tender-to-operational handovers, manage budgets and ensure QHSE compliance across ISO and SCC standards.

You will mentor junior PMs, drive risk management, and liaise with commercial teams to optimise client satisfaction and project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate, manage and communicate information accurately.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient and profitable project execution.
• Coordinate handover from tendering to operations.
• Manage budgets, invoices and costs; resolve client invoicing disputes.
• Ensure risk is identified, assessed and mitigated in the risk register.
• Provide regular status reports to Head of Projects.
