  • Engaging customers actively to identify selling opportunities and close sales.
  • Responding to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls, and making service decisions to resolve issues and maintain loyalty.
  • Using training materials to enhance product knowledge and upskill team members.
  • Maintaining store presentation standards in cleanliness and merchandising.
  • Influencing and coaching team members to maximize their potential.
  • Creating an inspiring team environment to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
  • Spending 30-50% of time on online customer service, sometimes remotely.
  • Collaborating with customer experience leaders to escalate complex queries.
What skills do I need?
  • Minimum one year of stylist experience at AllSaints.
  • Role model with consistent high performance and aspiration for line management.
  • Alignment with AllSaints values and ability to communicate these.
