Assist in all aspects of store operations, including opening & closing procedures, stock management, and maintaining an inviting environment for both team members and customers.

Market Awareness

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Mint Velvet's market position and competitors. Use this knowledge to generate ideas, identify opportunities, and address concerns that could impact the store.

Customer Service

Ensure outstanding customer service standards, especially in our Personal Styling services, to enhance the customer experience.

Visual Merchandising

Achieve high visual standards in line with Mint Velvet's guidelines, creating a stylish and welcoming space that elevates the customer journey.
