Job summary

RoukenBio is seeking a Senior Study Manager to provide scientific and operational leadership across customer studies. You will translate objectives into robust study designs, workplans and client-ready outputs, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring quality, timelines and commercial alignment.

The role requires a PhD in immunology (or MSc) with extensive experience managing complex, customer-facing studies in biotech or CRO settings.

Qualifications

PhD in immunology or MSc with substantial experience in life-science research.
Significant experience managing customer-facing scientific studies in CRO/biotech/pharma environments.
Proven ability to lead multiple studies with strict timelines and scientific quality.

Responsibilities

Lead routine, complex and developmental customer studies from initiation to completion.
Provide scientific leadership and manage study risks across multiple studies.
Mentor Study Managers and Study Scientists to support delivery and development.
Coordinate study teams, scheduling and resource planning to meet customer milestones.
